The Lady Dragons class is a combination of a great workout and learning self-defense skills. We start by doing the movements like learning how to stand strong and execute a proper kick and/or punch. Then you feel the power as you land the technique in an air shield. We finish by teaching you the basic self-defense release techniques. Each week you build on what you learned the week before. IDMA believes the best way to defend against a physical attack is to have the confidence that comes with a strong body and the knowledge to execute a quick and proper response.
Even if you are not into advancing through the Taekwondo ranks, you can join us once a week on Tuesdays from 6PM to 7PM and benefit from this exciting class. You'll get a great workout, work off some stress and feel better about yourself!
